Music Helps make You Move

Music is one of the great motivational factors... regardless of whether it's working out, or having a night out... playing the right tunes can decide the extent to which we are enjoying what we are doing.

Music can put you in your "zone", makes you desire to move, and boosts your mood.

Why do we listen to music? Each generation has its own answer. Regardless of the answers each generation can agree that it affects their health. This is achieved in different methods... which include emotional experiences, and recalling.

Perhaps you've had a difficult day and your relaxing on the couch with your headphones plugged in enjoying the latest album from your favorite artist or you're exercising.

Music can help you get away from fatigue and pain so much that you don't mind that stitch in your side! It can lift your mood and increase endurance. A song that is upbeat can motivate you to work harder to make the time spent working out appear as if it went by in a flash.

There's nothing better than listening to the theme from Rocky (Gonna Fly Now), FastMoney RK AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to get the adrenaline pumping!

While doing yoga or studying what about a quieter playlist, songs such as Yellow by Coldplay, as well as the stirring of it Up Bob Marley?

Do you like having a night of dancing to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber What a wonderful way to hang out with friends as well as meet new people and work out! Dancing is also a great way to increase your balance.

Some say that listening to soft music could make people feel more relaxed while eating, causing them to be more mindful of the food they're eating as well as the amount they eat.

Some people will listen to music during work to help focus on the tasks at hand, (or to simply block out the man who is in the next cubicle who is constantly on the phone!) they say that they are more productive and are able to generate more ideas when listening to music as it improved their mood. But, there are some that feel listening to music or wearing earbuds throughout the day is considered rude, and that people did not perform their duties.

From Bluetooth speakers (also ideal for backyard barbecue! ) To Bluetooth earbuds that you can use in conjunction with your sports armband to your Smartphone while you walk or run as you enjoy the great outdoors.
